Welcome to the world of NFTs!!
Now that you have successfully got yourself a Tezos wallet, you are just one step away from being an NFT holder. The best part? You do not have to do anything more!
Now that you are receiving (having received) an NFT. There are many questions in your mind which we will answer below.
1. I have created a wallet. Do I need to do anything more to receive my NFT?
No! We have taken note of your wallet address (the alphanumeric string starting with ‘tz….’) and the NFT will be automatically dropped into that wallet address.
2. OK. I have been gifted an NFT. What next? How can I view it?
The NFT you have received from Lexus India is safely stored in your Kukai wallet. You created the wallet in the previous step and the address is your identity in the Tezos ecosystem. You can confirm your proof of ownership of the NFT by logging in to https://wallet.kukai.app/ and please make sure to log in via the original email address (or social handle) that you used during the creation of the wallet. For example, if you created (signed up) for the wallet using your personal gmail address, ensure that you are logging in with the same email address.
3. Cool! I can see that there is an NFT with my wallet. What do I do next?
This is your screenshot of the wallet and under the NFT / Collectibles tab, you can see that there is one asset in your wallet which proves ownership of the received NFT. The NFT is now rightfully yours and safely in the wallet you control.
4. Is that it? How do I view my actual NFT?
The wallet proves that the NFT is on the blockchain and you own it. To interact with the beautiful NFT you have received, you must visit Kalamint.io, the NFT marketplace where all the NFTs are minted.
There are two ways to interact with your NFT.
1 — Visit https://kalamint.io/ You will be redirected to this screen.
2- Click on ‘Connect’ at the top right of your screen which will open this popup.
In this popup, click on the option ‘Kukai Wallet’
Click on ‘Approve’ here and go to the Kalamint tab on your browser and click on ‘My NFTs’ at the top-right of your screen.
You will be able to view your NFT in the ‘Collected’ tab. When you click on the image of the car, you will be able to view and interact with your NFT in 3D. You can move it around or zoom in to view the beautiful Lexus LF-Z.
Your NFT will display an option to ‘List’ your NFT for sale / auction where you can list it for a price of your choosing. (Please note: To list an NFT, you need a very small amount of TEZ in your wallet)
The second way to interact with your NFT is:
1- In your web browser, head on to https://kalamint.io/user/ <your wallet address>
Ex — https://kalamint.io/user/tz2KhVYaVfkdJsvQiqUqGsKnCqy9cfMxYEMZ
After the user/ (in the URL, paste your wallet address)
You can copy your wallet address either from the LDAI site or from your Kukai wallet as seen here.
Paste that in the browser here.

You will be able to view your NFT. Click on ‘Connect’ at the top of your screen and select ‘Kukai Wallet’
Make sure to connect the email address / social media access that you provided while creating the wallet and click on ‘Approve’ and go back to the ‘Kalamint’ tab. You can interact with your 3D Lexus LF-Z car here.
Your NFT will display an option to ‘List’ your NFT for sale / auction where you can list it for a price of your choosing. (Please note: To list an NFT, you need a very small amount of TEZ in your wallet)
5. I listed my NFT and it got sold. Where do I receive the money?
When your NFT is sold, you will automatically receive the TEZ into your Kukai wallet connected to your account. You can convert this into USDT, BTC, INR in any of the cryptocurrency exchanges. (Ex — Binance, Coinbase, WazirX, CoinDCX etc.)
6. How do I get to display my name as the owner of the NFT?
It’s simple. Just ‘sign up’ on Kalamint and choose a username and connect the Kukai wallet with the Lexus NFT and your name will be displayed on the Kalamint website.
